A Slideshow Trial Run
Alright, so I'm trying to get back into the mode of loving makeup and this week I am doing a slideshow for the whole week of each days' makeup. Therefore, I am forcing myself to get up earlier in the morning to actually DO my makeup so that I don't have an empty day :]

FOTD Extravaganza!
Since I am too lazy to post everything into individual posts, and I don't know the dates of when I did these (nor do I remember some of the colors I used!) I will post this solely for makeup ideas for you gals out there!
I think I'm going to start a Photobucket weekly slideshow of my makeup for the day...maybe it'll get my creative streak back into play!

EOTN (eye of the night!)
I went to one of many of Zach's indoor soccer games tonight. I asked him to pick a color before I did my makeup and he said hot pink to match his leagues shirt color. Come to find out they changed their teams' color to lime green (I'm thinking Aromaleigh Estranged here!!) when we got there, but this was still fun.

Eyeshadow Jar Storage Help!
Alright girls, I need your help! I have been using my 8616 Plano tackle box as storage for all my makeup. I had to clean it out a couple of days ago from all the glitter fallout (I should've made a Le Mystere color haha!) and am thinking about changing my storage case.
I've seen that some use the sterilite plastic drawers to store, but I don't like that you can't just pick it up and carry it off, plus I don't want to clutter up my bathroom.
I remember reading one blogger used a little case from Michaels that stored her jars perfectly, which is a good idea, but I have another problem (hence why I don't want to use my tackle box anymore):
My shadows are stored in my tackle box sideways so you can see the color from the side. Whenever I do carry it around, the vibration of the shadows clanking together unscrews the caps, thus wasting valuable colors and causing a big glitter mess! =[
I am trying to figure out a way to store my shadows stacking upon each other upright. I found another tackle box that is smaller than the one that I use currently, and I was thinking if I could find something short enough to store maybe 4-5 upon each other to fit in the big open space in the tackle box, I would be happy!
Any suggestions? Send me pictures, links, anything--I need to find something soon because my bathroom counter and floor is covered in makeup and brushes and lippies!

Meow Foundation Results!
I am a 2N in Aromaleigh's Glissade formula, when I get lighter I mix in 1N Voile. I don't know why I mix the two different formulations, to me I don't feel a difference.
Anyway, I am a level 2 (frisky) Chartreux in Meow's foundation. For some reason though I only ordered it in the Purrrfect Puss formulation, so I'll have to try a sample of Pampered Puss....gah!
I even took some out and swatched my AL 2N Glissade and it looks like a dead on match so YAY :D
I'm guessing then I would mix in some of level 1 (sleek) Chartreux during winter. Anyway I'm so glad it wasn't too complicated and I'm only out twenty bucks....I love companies that provide samples!
I've never messed with undertones/overtones so it's kind of nice knowing that I have peach and yellow undertones from Meow's description. Aromaleigh's N was neutral so I just thought I had an even balance of undertones?
I will use my sample tomorrow for work and see how it wears/feels and update you!

MEOW HAUL
Well since the lovely Aromaleigh is shutting down ( :[ ) I realized I have to find a new company to order foundation from. Aromaleigh was the first and only mineral foundation I've ever used and I LOVE it.
Well, I have heard great things from Phyrra about Meow Cosmetics' foundation, so I ordered a buttload of samples to see what formulation I am. I am trying out both Pampered and Purrrfect formulations to see which works better for my skin.
edit to add: I am noticing that Pampered and Purrrfect formulations are different shades in the same color so I would advise you if you aren't sure what color level, let alone formulation you'll like best, order in BOTH if not ALL THREE formulations because your color could be off and you wouldn't want to waste money on a full size of the WRONG color!
